I have written numerous travel-focused blog articles aimed at guiding travel enthusiasts to various travel outlets and agencies. These pieces have been published across a range of media platforms, each tailored to a distinct audience and brand voice.

Creating this content required seamlessly adapting to the host site’s tone while integrating links and SEO keywords naturally, ensuring they felt organic rather than promotional.

I’ve worked on both monolingual and bilingual intelligent and full verbatim transcription projects, mainly in the healthcare fieldwork industry.

To name a few, I’ve transcribed a clinical trial study on OTC deficiency in Argentina, a study with healthcare providers of patients with migraines in Spain, and a chronic kidney disease fieldwork study in the UK.

This project involved translating key marketing and communication materials for the Global Classroom event held across bilingual secondary schools in Madrid.

Aimed at 3rd-year students, the event simulates a UN conference, encouraging debate on selected topics in an engaging format. To ensure clarity, translations were adapted to the audience, with terminology tailored to different levels of knowledge and expertise.

This transcreation project focused on developing key marketing and e-learning materials for employees of the global network ImpactHub based in Madrid, preparing to enroll in business language courses provided by muchomasqueidiomas.com.

The content was tailored to suit diverse proficiency levels and professional sectors within ImpactHub, from customer service to HR, while maintaining a friendly and engaging tone to effectively promote the courses.

Proofreading & Text Adaptation

I worked on an exciting editing project for Airbnb, refining host content to ensure it aligned with the guidelines of a new service while preserving each host’s unique personality.

This project combined machine-generated content editing with copywriting and localisation.

Based in Jakarta, QaririGenerator aims to inspire the younger generation in their career development by hosting global online webinars led by industry experts. For this project, I undertook full post-editing and adaptation of course materials, marketing content for the platform, and Business English resources.

Since these materials were customer-facing, careful revision of syntax, style, and tone was essential to ensure clarity, engagement, and readability.

Academic Writing & Student Feedback

I write academic material for the platform Academic Minds, mainly in the fields of international business and linguistics. Academic Minds is a UK-based provider of academic support services, connecting students with experienced mentors, writers, and tutors to deliver high-quality, tailored academic guidance.

Some examples of my work include “Comparing Communicative Styles in High- and Low-Context Communities” and “The Role of E-Commerce as a Solution in International Business.” All work must follow a formal academic style, adhere to strict guidelines, and use the correct referencing system.

As a former IELTS course leader, I continue to offer feedback, particularly for the academic writing section of the exam. I enjoy connecting with students from diverse backgrounds and staying in touch with my teaching roots.

My feedback is tailored to each learner, providing constructive suggestions on model answers along with practical tips on how to improve and progress.
